Refund policy

At Namaste Ethnic, we stand behind the quality of our products. While returns are not offered so as refund, we gladly provide exchanges for damaged or incorrect items only and Exchange is done with same dress. Reach out to us at namasteethnicc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. A order can't be canceled once it's placed. 

We only offer two types of Exchange:-

  1. Damaged Product
  2. Product Size Issue

To be Eligible for an Exchange:

  • Ensure the item is in its original condition with tags, in the original packaging.
  • Keep the receipt or proof of purchase readily available.
  • For damaged items, provide photos and a video recorded while opening the package; the video should capture the initial package opening for damage verification.
  • We only exchange the dress with the same dress that you ordered.
  • If you wish to avail of the damaged product exchange, we kindly request that you provide a video when you open the package for the first time. This helps us ensure a smooth exchange process. Without this video evidence, we may not be able to accept your exchange request. Thank you for your understanding.
  • If you wish to exchange the product due to size issues, please note that you'll need to send the product back to the address specified on the package label that you received. Additionally, please be aware that the shipping charges for the return will be covered by the customer. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

To initiate an exchange, contact us at namasteethnicc@gmail.com. If your exchange is approved, please note that the courier charges for sending the product back to us will be borne by the customer. Send the product to our address, and remember that items returned without a prior exchange request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or if the size is incorrect. We'll promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Why Is My Exchange Not Accepted?

At Namaste Ethnic, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. We take great care in delivering our products.

Please note that exchanges/returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the customer does not like the material or color of the dress. We strongly recommend reading the product description carefully and reviewing all images before placing an order. If you need more details, feel free to contact us.
  • Our products are handcrafted, involving multiple processes. Due to this, slight variations in color, finish, and overall appearance may occur.
  • The colors displayed on our website depend on your screen resolution and lighting conditions during photography. A 10-12% color difference is considered normal, and returns/exchanges will not be accepted for this reason.
  • If the product has been washed or worn, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.

We make every effort to ensure that the colors displayed on Namaste Ethnic are as accurate as possible. However, variations may still occur due to differences in screen settings across devices.

Some items are Made to order (Lehenga & Sarees) which are not eligible for returns. 

  • No exchange or return for Sarees, Accessories, Home Decor, or jewelry categories.
