Shipping Policy for Namaste Ethnic

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered in 8-9 working days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may vary.

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs is FREE for all of our products but in some cases we can charge a certian amount based on location .

Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship within India. For specific shipping inquiries, please contact us at namasteethnicc@gmail.com.

Shipping Charges:

  • We offer completely FREE shipping fees for all our products.
  • In certain instances, shipping charges may be requested based on the location and chosen delivery method.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.

Delivery Times:

  • Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and may vary based on your location, shipping method, and external factors like customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

  • In the rare event of a lost or significantly delayed shipment, please contact us at namasteethnicc@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy:

  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Namaste Ethnic is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns due to Non-Delivery:

  • If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed), the customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.

Refundable Security Deposit for all Orders:

  • We charge a small refundable security deposit on all order. This amount will be deducted from the total payable when your order is delivered.

  • Charges:

    • 1 Item:- We don't charge anything for single item orders as of now but it can be chargeable in future. 
    • 2 Item:- ₹50/per item
    • Morethan 3 Items:- ₹70/per item

  • Example:

    If you order 5 dresses:

    • You'll have to pay a refundable ₹70 per dress.
    • Total deposit = ₹70 × 5 = ₹350
    • If your total order value is ₹5000.
    • You'll just have to pay ₹4650 (₹5000 - ₹350) at the time of delivery.
